WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR DURING
THE INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE TEST:

SPSV Test Sample Questions – Advice

1. Industry Knowledge Test consists of 54 multiple choice questions.

2. You must get a score of at least 75% to pass.

3. Questions may have one or more correct answers.

4. Be sure to read all questions and answers twice. Do not rush. Read slowly and carefully.

5. If you don’t understand a question call for assistance.

6. If you don’t know the answer to a question, don’t just sit staring at it as can often happen. Simply take a few deep breaths and move to the next question.

7. If you remember the correct answer for a question you have passed on, simply go back to it.

8. At the end of the test call back all questions to review them again.

9. Remember the answer is in front of you.

10. Do not begin to think that none of the answers are correct. The correct one is there in front of you.

11. Keep an eye on the time. In our experience candidates have always got plenty of time left when they have completed the test.

12. During this section of the test you will have a section on map reading. You do not have to have an in-depth knowledge of orienteering in order to pass this section.

13. Trust your intuition. If you feel you might know the correct answer, you could well be right; especially if you have been diligent with your studies.

THE AREA KNOWLEDGE TEST:

As for the Industry Knowledge tips to the left, with the following additions:

1. Area Knowledge Test consists of 36 Multiple Choice Questions.

2. A score of 75% correct answers is required to pass.

3. Do not start thinking that you would take a different route. The question is as it is.

4. Eliminate some of the answers before making your choice. You can only do this properly if you have been studying your area properly, using our unique learning system.
